Global Shipping Policy

At Doon Interior, we're dedicated to ensuring a smooth and cost-free shopping experience for our customers worldwide. To achieve this, we've partnered with Shiprocket and Delhivery for secure and efficient global delivery.

Delivery Timing

We strive to deliver your orders within 5-15 days from the date of purchase, varying by destination. Please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors like weather conditions and logistical considerations.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you can easily track its status on either the Shiprocket or Delhivery website. We will share a tracking link with you usually within 24-48 hours.

Shipping Limitations

We proudly ship worldwide, ensuring delivery to most regions globally. However, there may be certain areas not serviced by our logistics partners. Also heavy items i.e. marble sheets will not have doorstep delivery because there is transportation charges at the checkout and transportation charges will have godown delivery. Sheets will reach the nearest transportation hub of the customer and customer will have to pick these sheets from transportation hub.

Order Modifications

Should you wish to modify or cancel your order, kindly do so within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations cannot be accommodated.
